For the past twenty-five years, Marvin has gained worldwide recognition in the areas of international purchasing, product and brand development, apparel design, marketing and professional sports licensing.

His position as Vice President of Pamida, Inc., where he generated over $250 million in annual volume, afforded him the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the world to countries such as the Orient, Middle East, South America, Europe and Africa. He has worked in global circles with professional sports leagues and teams, designer’s, national and international news media, foreign governments, manufacturing principles, national and international consumer publications, marketing firms and financial organizations and is highly regarded by all.

Having served as President and CEO of ProMoves, Inc., an NFL apparel, marketing, design and sports licensing firm, was a catalyst in Marvin's decision to launch his company - Gooch Excavation and Grading Services, Inc. His business acumen has positioned Gooch Excavation to compete on a regional level with other large size heavy earthmoving and site development companies.

Described by many as a “relentless pursuer of excellence”, Marvin holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Creighton University (Omaha, Nebraska). Additionally, he has earned numerous professional, sports, business and community awards.
