Mr. Gerald Alley

Mr. Alley, a multi-talented individual, has been active for the past 25 years in all phases of real estate and construction. He has rendered professional services to a wide array of clients including Fortune 100 companies, major public organizations and small businesses in the areas of construction and financing. He has also sponsored and lectured at seminars and workshops for management and technical skills.

As President and CEO of Con-Real and its related companies, Mr. Alley directs the company's growth and philosophy. Under his direction, these entities have made remarkable growth that operates on local, regional and national levels. Con-Real provides complete services in the area of program management, construction management, and general contracting. Also, in real estate field, it provide appraisals and complete site acquisition services. Con-Real is currently the largest African American construction/real estate firm of its kind in Texas and in the Southwest.
