Mr. Billy Ratcliff Billy is a PMI Certified Project Manager with over 30 years of experience in Project Management. He is retired from IBM where he served in many roles. His most recent assignment was as a Senior Project Manager. In this role he was responsible for End-to-End project management for worldwide deployment of IBM Internet and Intranet Web applications. He is certified as an IBM PM and has his PM Certification from George Washington University. He has an MBA from Amber University. As a Small Business Owner and a Certified Dispute Mediator, Billy gained the experience and insight to make him successful in his roles with IBM and the Dallas Community. Billy has participated on many Charitable and Civic boards and has been involved in the Dallas Community where he lives. He is a former Chair of the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Board of Directors, a member of St. Luke “Community” UMC, a Director of the General Board of Global Ministries for the United Methodist Church, and a member and former national Grand Marshall of the Omega Psi Fraternity, Inc. |
